Sorry Dara, your company is a complete joke! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! That includes the people answering the initial calls to the supposed Supervisors attempting to fix mistakes. Every one of them sounds like a robot and they could care less about the issue at hand. Good luck to your company and don't forget about Enron.!
